If you’re seeking a donation, sponsorship, or equipment support for your upcoming event, review the guidelines before submitting your request. We do our best to say “yes” whenever possible — especially when the cause aligns with our core values.

• 🧒 Youth organizations, including 4-H and FFA
• 🚜 Farmers, ranchers, and agriculture-related causes
• 🛠️ Local contractors, builders, and entrepreneurs
• 🏡 Housing and workforce development efforts
• 💡 Innovative programs that help people learn hands-on skills

Our Donation Preferences:

• We prioritize in-kind donations (equipment, gift cards, services) over cash
• We love to feature your event on our website and social media
• In return, we ask for a shout-out in your social posts, flyers, or event signage
• We’d love to see photos of your past and current event so we can highlight it before and after it happens

Help Us Say Yes:
When submitting your request, please include:

• Event name, date, and location
• What type of donation you’re requesting (equipment, gift certificate, etc.)
• Who your event supports and how
• How many people are expected to attend
• Your social media handles
• Any flyers or promo materials (we’ll add your event to our site!)
